Approximately 1400 square yards of this material shipped with many serious flaws and a limited time line for a high profile client. Sendng it back and having replacement material shipped was not an option. Cutting Edge Flooring was called in to correct the deficiencies and complete the installation with the material shipped.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This material had as much as 4`of skew, 2`of bowing, `3`of pattern elongation and 2`trueness of edge deficiencies. WSith all of the tools and a great amount of patience, we were able to complete a perfect installation without using any additional material, and were able to stick to the required time line with zero deficiencies on the job.
