Main Floor Breakfast Room - After the removal of the old ceramic tile. This will have to be leveled to 1/8” in 10 feet to accommodate the new 24”x24” Porcelain Tile. We’ll use Ardex K-22 F Self Leveler with primer over the gypcrete
